Date formats

Patent documents are allocated a date. They can be searched for by filing date, publication date, priority date and date of grant. For an accurate result you should follow the rules of use below.

Note: Searching in date ranges is only possible in combination with the publication date (pd).

You can search for a specific date in both the Advanced search mask and the Smart search mask using any of the following formats:
